1、 Delivery scope and timeliness
We are committed to delivering goods to the vast majority of regions within India. The specific delivery time will be calculated from the time your order is approved and shipped, except for statutory holidays and force majeure factors.
Standard delivery service:
Coverage area: All major cities and the vast majority of townships within India.
Delivery time: Generally, the delivery time is 5-10 working days. The delivery time for metropolitan areas (such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.) and surrounding areas is usually 3-5 working days.
2、 Order processing and shipping
Order processing: We promise to complete the review, stocking, and packaging process for all orders within 48 hours (extended on weekends and statutory holidays). Some products with tight inventory may require longer processing time. In case of special circumstances, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping notification: Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, the system will immediately update the order status and display the logistics tracking number information for you to check.
Delivery time calculation: The delivery time is an estimated time, calculated from the moment the package is picked up by the logistics provider and entered into the system. Logistics peak seasons (such as major festivals like Diwali), severe weather, or remote addresses may result in longer delivery times.
3、 Order tracking and modification
Order tracking: You can log in to your online store account, click on the corresponding order in the "My Orders" section, copy the tracking number, and conduct detailed inquiries on the official website of our cooperating logistics provider.
Order modification: Once the order enters the "shipped" status, we will not be able to make any modifications to it (including shipping address, product information, etc.).
4、 Sign for and handle abnormal situations
Sign in inspection: When the courier delivers the package, we strongly recommend that you inspect the appearance of the package on the spot. If you find any abnormal situations such as severe damage, soaking, or opening of the package, please contact our customer service immediately before signing for it. For cash on delivery orders, you have the right to pay for the goods after completing the inspection.
Delivery failure: If the first delivery fails due to incorrect recipient information, no one signing for it, or inability to contact, the logistics provider usually attempts to deliver again. If multiple deliveries fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we will process a refund for you (deducting the actual return shipping cost), or arrange for a new delivery after you contact us (with additional shipping fees).
Address accuracy: Please make sure to fill in the shipping address, postal code, and contact phone number accurately when placing an order. All additional costs and time delays caused by address errors shall be borne by you.
